Project Description + Challenge

A New “Welcome Home”

Marsh Landing, an established high-end community on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway, was originally developed in 1986, contains over 1,000 residential units and a private country club with an 18-hole golf course. Marquis Latimer + Halback, Inc. was retained on a variety of infrastructure elements to improve appearance and increase the value of this exclusive gated community. Specific elements include updated main entrances, roadway improvements, and community signage.

Our Solution

Two refreshed entrances with new gatehouses, landscaping, lighting, hardscape features, and signage provide an important first impression. These elements also reinforce the brand and the story of Marsh Landing while creating ‘signals of value for current and future homeowners.  Roadway landscaping has been renovated and includes lighting and community signage.  To insure consistency among the various homeowner associations, standardized guidelines have been established for shared common area elements.
