Nestled in the Dunes of the First Coast

Designed to be harmonious with the site’s natural beauty, Sea Colony is a beachfront community of 223 single-family residences nestled among dunes and woodlands. ML+H was an integral part of the developer’s design team, responsible for co-authoring the design guidelines, serving as a member of the Architectural Review Board, and designing more than 100 of the community’s residential landscapes.

Our Solution

This body of work provided the opportunity to demonstrate the importance of knitting together neo-traditional guidelines while preserving the individuality of each family.
